My work focuses on raising awareness around urgent environmental challenges and empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to take meaningful action toward a more sustainable future. Rooted in a deep connection to nature and Mother Earth, I approach sustainability not only as a professional discipline but as a way of living. I am a Pranic Healer, drawing inspiration from the natural world and the subtle energies that connect all living systems. An avid hiker, I find clarity, grounding, and insight through time spent in nature, allowing the landscapes I walk through to inform both my personal healing practice and my environmental work.

Through ZOTEN and my holistic perspective, I bridge science, awareness, and inner alignment—supporting change that begins within and extends outward to the planet we share.
